New Partnership Begins with Foundation For Young Women's Leadership Academy (FYWLA)

We’re excited to announce our newest client, the Foundation for Young Women’s Leadership Academy (FYWLA)! Over the next few months, Project Partners will collaborate with FYWLA leadership to create an inclusive, multi-year giving society that strengthens donor relationships and enhances fundraising efforts. 

This initiative will support FYWLA’s dedicated team of staff and volunteers in developing a circle of giving with defined levels, meaningful benefits, and impactful stewardship strategies. Our work will include planning and designing the tailored program of work to introduce this concept to donors and board members, ensuring its successful launch.

Good Work For Kreative Architectural Design Academy (KADA)

With support from a North Texas Community Foundation Toolbox grant, Kreative Architectural Design Academy (KADA) collaborated with Project Partners to develop a sustainable fundraising strategy. Together, we created a clear budget, strategic board growth plan, and an engaging annual plan to strengthen KADA's mission of empowering students through STEM education for lasting community impact. Summerford & Zuckerman Join the Project Partners Team

At this exciting time in the life of our community and our company, we proudly welcome Haily Summerford, MBA and Amber Zuckerman to the Project Partners team.

Haily comes to Project Partners with more than twenty-five years of nonprofit executive leadership at the local, state, and national level. She knows first-hand that a nonprofit executive or board leader must wear many hats to exceed goals, and that professional help along the way can be priceless. Haily’s fundraising experience has resulted in millions of dollars raised and she has developed impactful community programming and executed hundreds of events.

Amber is a proud North Texan with over twenty years of experience in nonprofit leadership, public relations, event planning, project management, and fund development who is passionate about building community. She has dedicated her career to leadership and volunteer roles in education, corporate engagement, local government, and cause-based organizations. Amber is a natural encourager and will work hand-in-hand with you to achieve your goals.

Good Work For Fort Worth Forum

Project Partners collaborated with the Rainwater Charitable Foundation to offer consulting and project management services for the launch of a new civic association nonprofit, the Fort Worth Forum. From fall 2023 through spring 2024, Project Partners facilitated initial board and committee meetings, provided administrative support, and managed comprehensive event planning and execution. Hope Tutoring Center Turns to Project Partners for Fundraising Planning

We are happy to announce our partnership with Hope Tutoring Center (HTC), a nonprofit organization empowering Arlington’s 2nd-8th graders to reach their full academic potential through free, individualized tutoring. This year, HTC has seen demand for its services increase by 50%, and with such an overwhelming need, they’ve turned to Project Partners for help with fundraising planning.

HTC received a North Texas Community Foundation Toolbox grant to support our fundraising consulting services. Together, we will be developing a fundraising plan that incorporates diversified funding sources and board engagement to increase capacity and better meet the growing need.

Over the next two months, Project Partners will guide HTC through our Seven Steps to Fundraising Planning process, working closely with their Executive Director and the fund development task force. We will also provide coaching on development strategies, best practices, and offer a work session for the board and staff to ensure everyone is aligned and ready to support fundraising efforts.

We are excited to help HTC take their fundraising and board engagement to the next level and enable them to continue providing life-changing tutoring services to the community.
