Project Partners collaborated with the Rainwater Charitable Foundation to offer consulting and project management services for the launch of a new civic association nonprofit, the Fort Worth Forum. From fall 2023 through spring 2024, Project Partners facilitated initial board and committee meetings, provided administrative support, and managed comprehensive event planning and execution.
