After working collaboratively with Tarrant County College District (TCCD) on many community initiatives over more than twenty-five years and working for the Tarrant County College Foundation (TCCF) for more than a decade, we are now thrilled to serve TCCD directly. Our work will include the evaluation and recommendations for the STEPS Transitional Skills Program at the TCC Northeast Campus, which helps individuals with special needs fulfill their life goals - addressing academic skills, employability, social skills, and self-sufficiency. The Project Partners team is uniquely qualified to support this work. We bring experience in special education, higher education, workforce readiness, and program development with an understanding of equity in education for building community supports to help individuals and families succeed.
