Fort Worth Drowning Prevention Coalition Turns Once Again to Project Partners for Interim ED Consulting and Project Management

After the founding executive director moved to a volunteer board member position, the Fort Worth Drowning Prevention Coalition (FWDPC) turned to Project Partners for interim Executive Director consulting and project management services to support the all-volunteer board of directors and small program staffing team. We’ve been a partner for good to the Fort Worth Drowning Prevention Coalition since its inception, helping with start-up consulting, strategic planning, and sponsorship development. The FWDPC is a nonprofit whose mission is to prevent fatal and non-fatal drownings in the Fort Worth area and beyond.

Sixty & Better Returns to Project Partners for Strategic Planning Facilitation

Project Partners was selected by Sixty and Better’s Long Range Planning Committee to provide strategic planning facilitation and consulting services. Working with the Sixty and Better board of directors and staff, our team will help the board assess strategic priorities for the organization, culminating in a roadmap that includes a timeline and evaluation methodology. For more than five decades, Sixty and Better has provided a place for older adults to have fun, be well, and stay connected. Project Partners is proud to remain their “partner for good” following previous strategic planning consulting services provided in 2015.

Project Partners to Facilitate Upcoming Board Work Session for Dementia Friendly Fort Worth

Project Partners has been retained by Dementia Friendly Fort Worth to facilitate their September board work session. Lerii F. Smith, CFRE, Founder and President of Project Partners will lead a discussion that focuses on strategic planning goals and next steps for the organization. Dementia Friendly Fort Worth is part of a nationwide initiative that encourages and assists an all-sectors approach to foster “dementia friendly” communities across the United States. Advancing collaborative community programs is one of our specialties and DFFW reminds us greatly of our work with Blue Zones Fort Worth.

Project Partners to Provide Board Training to Marble Falls Education Foundation

Marble Falls Education Foundation has called on Project Partners to participate in their July board work session. Lerii F. Smith, Founder and President of Project Partners, will present on the topic of “The Board’s Role in Strategic Fundraising and Community Engagement.” Lerii has 36 years of nonprofit experience, has helped raised tens of millions of dollars and in-kind gifts, and has facilitated the work of more than 250 boards, committees, and task forces. This will be Project Partners’ first collaboration with Marble Falls Education Foundation whose purpose is connecting the goodness of people with the needs of students and those who serve them.

HEB ISD Education Foundation Renews Agreement with Project Partners for a Ninth Year

Project Partners has been retained by the HEB ISD Education Foundation for a ninth year in a row. Our partnership with this impressive board includes strategic planning, community relations and communications, fundraising, events management, program development, board and committee engagement, and nonprofit administration. Established in 1995, the mission of the HEB ISD Education Foundation is to raise and award private funds and community resources to support the HEB ISD’s commitment to excellence in education.
