2022 Marks a Seventh Year of Partnership with Cassata Catholic High School

What started as a need to supplement Cassata’s small development team as their grants consultant during a busy spring season, blossomed into a partnership over seven years to raise community profile and revenues, and strengthen relationships through a school president transition. Our work with this extraordinary private, nonprofit school in Near Southside Fort Worth, has also helped them successfully navigate the challenges of fundraising through a pandemic, including shifting their annual fundraising event, Noche de Gracias, to an online/digital experience twice, then adjust back to an in-person event (fingers crossed) for 2022.

This spring, our team will continue to team with Cassata staff and volunteers to provide comprehensive development services to include major gifts, grants, individual giving, donor relations, a Development Director search, and the Noche de Gracias event. We will also continue to support Cassata with donor-centric communications.

Maggie Harrison, PhD, President of Cassata Catholic High School said, “I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Project Partners for working with Cassata. Your associates have been most helpful in Cassata's development, offering their expertise, advice, and services. I have also been very impressed with the way in which the Project Partners team planned and organized the Noche de Gracias fundraising event—all of its details. It was all so seamless and highly professional.”

The Reading League has formed a new Texas Chapter and now has 501c3 status and the first board of directors in place, chaired by Dr. Robert J. Rogers, MD. Project Partners will serve as the fundraising consultant to prepare The Reading League Texas for fundraising success as they embark on a state-wide effort to advance the awareness, understanding, and use of evidence-aligned reading instruction. Our team will help prepare the all-volunteer board to be fundraising-ready. Our work will include a review of organizational documents, a study of National’s best practices, and research. The Shaken Baby Alliance Launches New C.O.P.E. Curriculum

The Shaken Baby Alliance (SBA) launched their new C.O.P.E. Curriculum at an event held Wednesday, September 22nd at One Safe Place. This curriculum, which is proven to help prevent child abuse and shaken baby syndrome, is named as an acronym which is also a call to action:  C.O.P.E.– Crying. Overwhelmed. Pause. Exit. Thanks to funding partners and collaborators, this newly refreshed curriculum by The Shaken Baby Alliance will be presented throughout our community by a new program director. We are honored to help such important community cause champions as Bonnie Armstrong, Founding Executive Director of SBA, and her incredible staffing team, board, and advisory council. And thank you, Mayor Parker, and Councilmen Flores and Nettles, for your support!
